Excursion of the PVÖ Mäder: crib art and culinary delights in Tyrol
An exciting journey for the members of the Pensioners' Association (PVÖ) Mäder took place in mid -2024 when 35 people opened together in Tyrol. The anticipation was great, and the day began with a delicious lunch at the Neuner inn in Imst, where the participants were stylishly hosted. The dishes were rich and delighted the palate of the guests.
strengthened by the extensive food, the group then made its way into a special attraction: the crib museum. Housed in a picturesque, over 700 year old former farmhouse, the museum is known for its detailed cribs. Nativity builder Kurt Mattle, who is considered an experienced specialist, led the group through the various exhibits and explained the artistically designed scenes with a lot of passion. The members were impressed by the craftsmanship and the stories behind every crib.
an unforgettable experience
The inspection was a real highlight of the excursion. Many members pulled out their cell phones to capture the fascinating Details of the cribs. The atmosphere in the museum was festive and inviting, which was not least thanks to the friendly car team that spoiled the visitors with coffee, tunnels and other drinks. This hospitality contributed to the fact that the guests felt completely comfortable.
Klaus Peter, who surely chauffeured the group, ensured that the return trip to Mäder went smoothly. This time no snow chains were required, which made the cozy return even more pleasant. Such excursions not only promote the sense of community within the PVÖ Mäder, but also offer valuable experiences that the members will accompany for a long time.
