submissions and commitment
The submission period for the Trigos 2025 ended on March 14, 2025. In recent years, the Trigos has repeatedly mobilized numerous companies that are involved in six categories for sustainable development. These categories are in line with the goals of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, which emphasizes the role of the private sector when achieving sustainable development goals. An increasing commitment from the economy can also be observed in the context of the CSR initiatives (corporate social responsibility) that have become more important worldwide.
The social responsibility of the companies is a central aspect of modern economic management. International standards such as the ISO 26,000 guidelines or the OECD guiding principles for multinational companies promote responsibility. These framework conditions support companies to actively participate in sustainable and social initiatives that go beyond their own economic success. In this way, companies can not only increase their competitiveness, but also make a valuable contribution to society. Not only companies are honored around the Trigos initiative, but also propagated the basic values of responsible corporate management.
