A dramatic incident occurred in the Thurnaler ski area in Tyrol when a nine -year -old skier lost control of his speed. The boy was on the red slopes with another boy (8 years old) when he got unexpectedly faster after the middle station and went into a shot. In the fall, the child crashed hard onto the slopes with the left half of the body and slipped into a fence.
