On Thursday, December 12, 2024, around 100 guests gathered in the festively decorated cafeteria of the HLW Lienz to experience the inspiring lecture by Johannes Gutmann, the founder of "Sonnentor". Invited by the ARGE thought for East Tyrol, the motto "Community mill or measurable sustainability" was about the responsibility of the economy towards ecological and ethical values. Gutmann, who grew up on a farm in the Lower Austrian Waldviertel, told about his career from the one-man company to an internationally recognized company that now employs over 500 people at several locations.

The entrepreneur particularly emphasized that his guiding principle has always been "letting life and living". This can be seen in the fair cooperation that Sonnentor maintains with over 300 organic farmers, as well as in the flexible working time models for the employees. The event not only offered an academic perspective, but also the opportunity to exchange ideas between the guests and Gutmann.
