In the Kufsteiner Stadtpark, guests experience a very special event from November 22nd to December 30th: the "Park Eleven" winter gondolas. These special gondolas invite up to six people to enjoy unforgettable moments in a cozy atmosphere. Whether for a relaxing evening with friends, a festive family meal or a company party - enjoyment is very important here.
Stephan Mauracher, who is behind this concept, emphasizes that guests can expect an enchanting time. "Our gondolas offer a private backdrop to enjoy the culinary delights to the fullest," he explains. Of course, the focus is on the excellent meal, which is prepared with love and devotion.

The highlight of the evening is a three-course menu with options between different fondue classics. Guests can choose between fondue chinoise with chicken and highland beef or a variant with wild from local hunting grounds. There is also a delicious cheese fondue made of high -quality hay milk cheese, which comes from regional partners. Mauracher attaches great importance to sustainability and regional origin of the ingredients. "We guarantee the highest quality and the special taste experience through fresh, regional products," says Mauracher.
"Our meat comes directly from the Lindhof in Thiersee, where we attach great importance to animal welfare and a species -appropriate attitude," he emphasizes.
As a starter, guests can expect a crispy bread with a lovingly prepared sausage or cheese plate, followed by a crispy salad. However, the highlight remains the fondue, supplemented with various sauces, garlic bread, fries fries and fresh vegetables. For the sweet end, there is pineapple carpaccio with vanilla ice cream.

The philosophy of Mauracher is based on regionality, sustainability and authenticity. The 250 -year -old Lindhof, whom his family took over in 2016, plays a central role in his catering concepts. "The products from the Lindhof are not only fresh, they also tell the history of our region," explains Mauracher. Fruit trees, fresh vegetables and herbs thrive on the yard, while highland cattle, sheep and chickens are kept in a species -appropriate manner. This close connection to nature and the memories of his childhood shape Mauracher's vision for his catering businesses.
With only 24 places per evening, every evening in the winter enjoyment gondolas becomes an exclusive experience. Guests can enjoy the event in a private setting, which makes the whole thing more special. The evening costs 48 euros per person, although the drinks are not included.
