The company uses the premises of the former MHM Siebprintmaschinen GmbH, which already registered bankruptcy in 2009.

The current insolvency administrator, Dr. Herbert Matzunski from Innsbruck will analyze the Situation carefully to decide whether to continue the company during bankruptcy proceedings. Such a procedure is often crucial for the renovation, since it can help to cope with the economic restrictions and at the same time maintain the interests of the creditors.
