Brandstetter in court: false statement and controversy allegations!
Innsbruck, Österreich - Former Minister of Justice Wolfgang Brandstetter is on trial for intentional false statements. The Innsbruck public prosecutor has brought charges after investigations have been made that Brandstetter had his mobile phone with him on February 25, 2021, even though he denied this during the procedure. According to the public prosecutor, Brandstetter explained his falsehoods with health problems, which led to gaps in memory.
