representatives of the South Tyrolean farmers' organization "Women in Agriculture" presented a position paper on May 29 to Governor Arno Kompatscher, which was developed at an international conference in Bolzano. This conference, which took place at the beginning of April, addressed the role of women in agriculture and the challenges with which she sees herself confronted. Particular attention was paid to the small -scale companies and the importance of agriculture from a female perspective.

In the position paper, several essential claims were formulated. This includes expanding social security for women in agriculture, strengthening regional economic cycles and reducing bureaucracy. The integration of agriculture in environmental and spatial planning issues was also considered necessary. In addition, new relief models for women at the courtyard were required, as did the development of sustainable concepts in the field of social agriculture. Another important point is the need for advisory and accompanying programs for the farm.

To support women in agriculture, the Bavarian Farmers' Association offers information and advice. An online event entitled "Protection of women on agricultural companies" took place on May 21, 2025. This lecture was aimed at agricultural entrepreneurs, young country women and women in the middle of life and their partners.
