In a moving interview with Puls 4, she gives an insight into her grief and plans for the future.

dispute over the right of residence

Simone Lugner has on the way to a new phase of life, but the dispute over the right to live in the villa that Richard Lugner left her could endanger these plans. As the Krone , the foundation, which manages the property, has imposed strict rules. So Simone is forbidden to keep pets, although Lugner always had animals around. The whereabouts of her family in the villa is also not allowed: "Even my own sister should not move in," Simone is outraged by the arbitrariness of the foundation management. This stirs up a bitter family dispute and questions its life situation.

The will of the late master builder has not yet been opened, which leads to further uncertainty. Simone explains: "The house belongs to one of its many foundations. In theory, I now have the right to live." But the outcome of this argument remains uncertain, while she is wondering how her new life should go on. Despite the difficulties, she shows herself optimistic: "If someone comes again, I have the release of Richard," she hopes and emphasizes that freedom to live her life is important to her while the grief for "mortar" continues to play a major role.
