District bowling in Ranten: Exciting competitions and warm community
On Tuesday, the senior citizens' association organized an exciting bowling tournament in Ranten, in which 36 teams with a total of 144 cone fans took part. The bowling alley in the Hammerschmied inn served as a setting for this important event, which was organized by the local group under the direction of chairman Johann Pernthaler. Jürgen Buhl from St. Bladen provided the musical entertainment during the competition, which gave the atmosphere a special note.
The participants had an exciting time until the award ceremony. Between the rounds, those present became active in card games and personal conversations, which strengthened the sense of community. In the gentlemen, St. Georgen I obtained the title of the district champion, with Schönberg II and Scheifling I in the following places.
Special achievements were awarded individually: Johanna Kern from Ranten prevailed in the individual ranking of the women, while Matthias Mang from Schönberg - Lachtal scored the most points.
