New residential project in Mautern: Sustainable living in the town center

In Mautern there are gratifying news for prospective tenants: eleven new apartments were recently completed and the keys were handed over to the new residents. This residential project, initiated by the Rottenmann settlement cooperative, offers modern living with excellent access to local amenities.

The construction project lasted about 14 months and comprises two houses that are equipped with environmentally friendly photovoltaic systems. Overall, the new apartments offer a total area of 865 square meters, with the individual residential units between 58.22 and 90.79 square meters. These modern living rooms are particularly attractive because they are only a few minutes from the town center of Mautern.

ideal connection and infrastructure

The location of the new apartments is a decisive advantage. Shops, banks, the police, the Red Cross, the post office and a dentist are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the everyday life of the new residents considerably easier. In addition, the music middle school and a kindergarten are also found in the neighborhood, which is particularly important for families.

The total cost of this project is around 2.7 million euros. The state of Styria supports the building with non -repayable funding contributions in the amount of 855,469 euros, a measure that is intended to promote the affordability of living space in the region.

With the handover of the keys to the new residents in Hauptstraße 49a and 49b, the Rottenmann settlement cooperative is now totally responsible for 171 apartments in Mautern. In total, the cooperative in the Leoben district has already built 1,388 apartments, which illustrates the importance of this project in a broader context.

The future -oriented residential project not only contributes to the living space situation in Mautern, but also shows how the quality of life in a community can be increased by targeted investments in residential construction.
