The effects of crises

crises are often a challenge that can be triggered by various factors such as separation, job loss or illness. If several loads occur at the same time, the situation can be particularly tense. The feeling of overwhelming can lead to a mental emergency situation in which those affected feel helpless. In serious cases, suicidal thoughts can even arise when people feel their lives out of balance. Therefore, it is crucial not to cope with such crises alone

Professional crisis intervention makes an important contribution to avoiding isolation and self -abandonment and showing new perspectives. Experts argue that crises can also be seen as learning and growth processes that can lead to personal maturation. Whether it is possible to take advantage of these opportunities depends significantly on the support that receives those affected.
