The Wiener Band Lurch delights the music scene with its exciting debut album, which combines the various facets of Stoner Rock, Doom Metal and Psychedelic into a gripping sound experience. As the Krone reports, the four women combine lead heavy riffs and booming guitars with an innovative sound that comes into its own during live appearances. Lurch, who founded themselves in 2018 to pursue the shared passion for these music styles, quickly made a name for themselves as an explosive live band. On April 4, 2025, they present their self -titled debut album, which already draws attention to themselves through fresh sounds and creative designs.

The debut album comprises six energetic tracks that convince with skilful musical combinations and clever songwriting. The band has been guided by many influences, which is reflected in styles, ranging from Black Sabbath to Queens of the Stone Age. In accordance with the Skug , the songs are not only musical masterpieces, but also thematically peppered with allusions to culinary delights and adolescents.
