New deputy commanding representative of the Freidorf fire brigade elected

On Friday, November 22nd, an important event took place in the Rüsthaus Freidorf: the replacement election of the commanding deputy of the volunteer fire brigade. The occasion was the declaration of withdrawal from Obi Daniel Silberschneider, who made a new election necessary. Commandant HBI Robert Köppel also welcomed numerous guests of honor, including the deputy fire brigade commander BR Wolfgang Fellner, Abi Ernst Grandbauer and Mayor Bernd Hermann.

The election was extremely positive, and the previous BM.D.BD Martin Knoll was elected by an overwhelming majority as the new deputy commandant (OBI). This was accompanied by further changes in the fire brigade: lm.d.bd. Dominik Zarfl took over the office of train commander, while bm.d.bd. Matthias Köppel worked in a similar position. In his speech, Obi Martin Knoll put the importance of camaraderie and the further development of the weir in the foreground.

The importance of training and the fire brigade youth was emphasized in the speeches by HBI Robert Köppel and Br Wolfgang Fellner. HBI Köppel described Knoll as a valuable member of the weir and thanked him for his willingness to take over the new position. Br Fellner represented the solid basic training as an essential part of the fire service and emphasized the need to promote youth.

Mayor Bernd Hermann thanked those present for their work in the fire brigade and assured the support of the community for the local weirs, all of whom make a valuable contribution. After the official part of the event, the members were invited to a sociable get -together in order to celebrate the new representative of commands.
