Football fever in Deutschlandsberg: Student league inspires with fairness

As part of the school league, various school teams recently competed against each other on the soccer field. In the U15 age group, the Middle School Deutschlandsberg, the Borg and the Bad Schwanberg middle school showed their skills with exciting encounters. The tournament, which included only three teams due to appointment problems, was characterized by fair competitions and high commitment of the young players.

The lack of participation of other schools influenced the field of participants, but it was already clear in advance that all three teams would qualify for the state competition. However, this did not prevent the players from fighting for victory until the last minute, which impressively demonstrated the enthusiasm and willingness of the children. Coach Franz Oswald commented: "Although some schools had to cancel, it was an exciting and fairly managed tournament."
