diverse degrees and further training offers
The degrees at the agricultural technical schools offer the graduates numerous advantages. This includes, for example, the replacement of the skilled worker examination in at least one -year agricultural practice. Access to promoting agricultural funding and shortened apprenticeships in other professions are also important aspects. The curriculum includes various disciplines, including agriculture, rural housekeeping, horticulture and viticulture, which can be adapted to regional educational needs.
The technical schools are increasingly developing into education centers in rural areas. This is done by the constant further development of the offers and the possibility of being trained in connection with outdoor farming, such as in wood or metal processing. In addition, many schools offer further education and advice on complex topics such as IT and management.
The school qualifications at the agricultural schools are complex. Many qualifications are offered from skilled workers to master exams and university degrees. Graduates also have the opportunity to take part in construction courses in order to continue their education and to acquire additional skills. All of this underlines the importance of agricultural technical schools for the personal and professional development of their students.
