Judo Union Neukirchen: New training suits for the young talents

The Judo Union Neukirchen, a active sports club since 1987, ensures positive headlines in the region. As an chairwoman, Nadine Sörensen has been leading the fate of the association, which currently attracts around 50 children between the ages of six and 14 years since 2015. C. The young judokas train twice a week and not only learn the combat techniques, but also important social values.

Yvonne Bacher, the deputy chairwoman, emphasizes how liberating and strengthening training for many children is: "We offer the children a sport where you have to learn a lot of values. Many children who have difficulties at school or have problems with social contacts bloom with us." She explains that the control structure in judo helps the children to learn discipline and respect, which is often not the case in other sports.

new training suits through sponsoring

A good news for the small community recently came through generous sponsorship. Hotels such as the Gassner and the Hupertus supported the club, as well as the wooden shingles home and the Raiffeisenbank Oberpinzgau. Thanks to this support, the young athletes were able to look forward to new training suits that strengthen their club identity and motivate the children.

The Judo Union Neukirchen is not only a place of training, but also a room in which children experience the power of the community. The values that are conveyed in judo help help the children not only grow positively in sports, but also in their everyday life. All of this would not have been possible without the help of local companies that support the association's work.
