Linz, Österreich - FC Blau-Weiß Linz presented its impressive half-year balance for the 2024/25 financial year on Thursday. The Stahlstadt residents now triumph with positive equity and have reduced their debts to zero within just two years after a negative equity of around 521,000 euros was recorded at the beginning of the 2022/23 promotion season. This is the result of a disciplined financial policy that allows the association not only to be economically stable, but also to shine in sports. Christoph Peschek, Managing Director of FC Blau-Weiß Linz, said: "The goal of FC Blau-Weiß Linz is to establish itself as a medium-sized Bundesliga club in Austria. I am pleased that we were able to completely dismantle the negative equity and at the same time increase our sporting means." According to the reporting of Laola1, this shows how correct the association's decisions and investments were on the way to sustainable success.
