The 43-year-old Viennese himself was player for SK Rapid from 2004 to 2013 and won the championship (2005 and 2008) twice with the club. Katzer has the ambition to achieve positive headlines again with Rapid and expressed his thanks to First Vienna FC for the experience in recent years.
