Politics in upheaval: FPÖ demands new elections for better Austria!

Laimgrubengasse 10, 1060 Wien, Österreich - On February 27, 2025, the FPÖ state party leader Udo Landbauer expressed himself sharply on the current developments in the Austrian government. He described them as "losing spampers" and criticized that every day on which the traffic light government stays in power was a lost day for Austria. Landbauer blames the "election losers" for a government that does not support their own people, but on the contrary, burdened by high costs. "Instead of saving and relieving the Austrians, the traffic light has always presented the most expensive government," said Landbauer. In this context, the FPÖ calls for new elections to correct the "treason". According to Landbauer, Austria needs a government that works for its own population and not against them, as he continues to describe in a press release from the FPÖ.

In addition, fpoe-noe.at wants to accept the Federal Party chief of the FPÖ. Landbauer sees this as a step towards a political turn in Austria. In just three days of intensive negotiations, Kickl worked out a budget timetable to reduce the debt mountain left behind by the previous government. He emphasized the importance of a free government participation and named several goals: among other things, the abolition of the ORF state tax and a hard asylum course. In addition, Landbauer criticized the common machinations of the previous political structures, especially in Klosterneuburg, and called for a turn to safeguard and promote the citizens' interests.

In this context, the FPÖ would also like to initiate a clear change of perspective in the upcoming municipal elections on January 26 to break through the "black and red power structures". Landbauer and the top candidate of Klosterneuburg Josef Pitschko presented the freedom program for the next five years, which includes the rededication of areas and a focus on family -friendly construction projects.
