Wels. In an impressive sporting competition, the women's team from Padelbase Wels won the championship title in the 2nd Bundesliga. This dynamic sport attracts more and more interested parties, and not only at the paddle facility in Rosenau, but also beyond the city limits.

The team's secret of success was in the excellent cooperation between the players, who all did their best. Marta Szabo, Lea Lugmayr, Barbara Haas, Pia König, Katharina Sperl, Carla Maria Nareyka and Eva Maria Nareyka formed a powerful troop. They already proved their skills in the group phase: On Friday they finally won the kick against Padel Area Tullnerfeld 2-1 and then increased with an impressive 3-0 win against Padellounge Graz. In doing so, they qualified as group winners for the semi -finals.

The final that was held against the TC Horn was the highlight of the tournament. In three hard -fought matches, the players showed impressive performances. They not only proved their technical skill, but also their mental strength. In the end they achieved a deserved 2-1 victory that was celebrated with a lot of cheers.
