On Saturday morning, November 30, 2024, a serious traffic accident occurred on the A1 West Autobahn in Sipbachzell, in the Wels-Land district. A car overturned after a collision and came to a standstill on the roof. The exact circumstances of the collision between two cars have so far been unclear, but the accident has been classified by the police.

The alarmed emergency services, consisting of two fire departments, emergency services, police and the road operator organization ASFINAG, immediately moved out to the scene of the accident. In the direction of Salzburg there was a collision between two vehicles, one of the cars came off the road and came to a standstill near the guiding rail.
