27 freshly baked nursing assistants start in Gmunden!
The school for health and nursing (GUKPS) at the Salzkammergut Klinikum Gmunden celebrated a special occasion at the end of September 2024: 27 graduates of nursing assistant received their diplomas. This marks an important step in your professional career, a large number of you are now part of the nursing staff in the region.
Among the graduates there are 25 women and two men who have successfully completed their training in two different classes. While one class studied full -time, the other used the possibility of part -time training. The success balance sheet is particularly gratifying: two graduates can look forward to "excellent success", while ten more have achieved "good success".

The handover of the diplomas took place in a solemn framework. Numerous well-wishers, including Mag. Karl Lehner from the Upper Austria Health Holding and Mag.A Martina Bruckner, Head of the OÖG schools, were present. The director of the schools, Mag. Franz Stadlmann, MBA, and Doris Reischenböck, MHPE, the site manager of the GUKPS Gmunden, also presented the coveted documents to the graduates.
of the 27 graduates 19 are integrated directly into the care facilities of the Salzkammergut Clinic in Gmunden and Vöcklabruck. The remaining future nurses begin their career in various retirement homes and rehabilitation centers. Some use the opportunity to enter the third semester of the Bachelor's degree in health and nursing at the Health Professions in Vöcklabruck.

Interested parties can apply for part -time training in Gmunden and Vöcklabruck by December 13, 2024. Application phases are also available for starting the second year of training in Bad Ischl and Vöcklabruck from December 6, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
