A festive weekend: Christkindlmarkt in Gramastetten enthusiastic!

on the first weekend in Advent, November 30th and December 1st, there is a particularly festive highlight in Gramastetten. The traditional Christkindlmarkt, organized by the Kulturforum Gramastetten, transforms the market road into an enchanting place full of wintry atmosphere and tempting offers. Over fifty exhibitors present their goods and invite visitors to browse.

The event offers a wide range of culinary delights, including delicious punch, hearty sausages and tempting farmers that are offered by local clubs. In addition, guests enjoy homemade pastries that are served in the bar of the gramaphone, while the hosts offer regional specialties.

A special highlight awaits the little guests on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. when the Zwettler Kasperlhaus has an exciting adventure. The piece "Kasperl and the disappeared gift" tells of a chaotic Christmas event, in which gifts and even the princess's cell phone disappear. A great event in which the children can look forward to!

Musically, the Christkindlmarkt is also framed. The two groups of the Gramastetten Music Association-the Gramastetter-Krapferlbrass and a Brass Quintet-as well as students and teachers from the State Music School Ottensheim-Gramastetten and the Gramastettner Rodltal Jagdhornbläser will provide the festive sound. Entry to this unique experience is free.

The event will take place on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The market road is only passable on both days, and access over Grimhardstrasse remains closed. This means for the visitors, relaxing and enjoying is the top priority!
