Kleinraming technical school: Students present homemade Christmas products

Kleinraming. In the Kleinraming technical school, Advent is celebrated in a very special way. As part of their training, the students deal intensively with the regionality and seasonality of raw materials. This is done as part of the teaching subject "Direct marketing, product finishing and services", where you learn how to turn simple raw materials into appealing products. The learners from regional apples are currently producing apple chips and various jams. The goal is not only to create high -quality products, but also to develop awareness of the quality and origin of the food.

Processing food offers young people a valuable learning experience. In addition to the actual production of food, such as the delicious blackberry pear jam and a refreshing lemon-bless juice, you also create your own labels, calculate prices and experiment with packaging options. This practical knowledge is of great importance because they help the students develop a feeling for the values of their products and give them self -confidence when selling.

events in Advent

The implementation of what has been learned also takes place in numerous events in which the students have the opportunity to sell their products directly. On Friday, November 22nd, visitors can immerse yourself in the world of product finishing at the workshop day from 2 to 6 p.m. In addition, the students are represented on the Garstner Advent market, which will take place on November 30th and December 1st and December 7th and 8th. Another highlight is the participation in the Christmasulli in St. Ulrich on December 8, followed by the parents' day in the FS Kleinraming on December 13, where the products are presented from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

It will be particularly festive at the Advent market in Lamberg Castle on December 14th and 15th and in “Light into the Dunkel” in the ORF state studio on December 24th. After all, the students can also be found at the open day on January 25, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Such events not only offer young people the opportunity to use their knowledge they have learned, but also strengthen their personal use of customers and their needs.

Through such activities, the students gain practical skills and appreciate the value of food they have made themselves. This is an important step to promote awareness of sustainability and regional products. With its versatile approach, the Kleinraming technical school offers future -oriented training that not only knowledge to the students, but also conveys valuable experiences for their professional career.
