Autumn concert of the Stadtkapelle Ried: An evening full of sound magic
On Saturday, November 30th, a special event will take place in the Jahnturnhalle in Ried at 8 p.m.: The Stadtkapelle Ried invites all music lovers to their autumn concert. Kapellmeister Lukas Springer will take visitors on a musical journey that is characterized by a colorful program of sonorous masterpieces and rousing melodies.
The evening begins with the youth wind orchestra "All4Music", under the direction of Marlene Demelmair. With a lively program, the ensemble will get the concert goers in the mood for the following musical experience. The Stadtkapelle Ried itself will then present a varied program that extends from Jacques Offenbach's lively overture "Le 66" to Johann Strauß "Waltz" Wine, Femi and Singing ".

A very special moment is the performance of Johan de Meij's "Songs from the Catskills", which takes the audience into the impressive landscapes of North America. The legendary film music from "The Lord of the Rings" by Howard Shore will not be missing and promises emotional moments. The evening finds his crowning glory with Martin Scharnagl's lively polka "from friend to friend" and Quincy Jones' famous "Soul Bossa Nova", which will certainly put a smile on the face to visitors.
Tickets for the concert are available in advance from the musicians of the Stadtkapelle, the paper shop DIM and online via the official homepage and at Oeticket. The prices are 10 euros and 12 euros at the box office in advance. Admission is even free for children and adolescents under the age of 18.
