After about two hours of intensive search, the redeeming news came: "Person found". The heavily hypothermic man was trapped in a dung heap behind a farm and could not free himself. Dog guide Sebastian Berger and his loyal rescue dog Bailey were able to localize him. Other search teams were immediately ordered to take care of the medical care of the man until the emergency services arrived. The crown explained the urgency of the situation: In the bitter -cold temperatures, the man would probably not have survived the night if help had not been provided in time.

After the first aid, the saved man was taken to the hospital, where his vital functions were stabilized. This rapid and coordinated campaign of everyone involved who gathered at night shows the tireless commitment of the rescue organizations. Another reason for gratitude is Bailey, who contributed to preventing a tragedy through its excellent smell and flair. Thanks to the professional collaboration, a human life was ultimately saved before it was too late, as was 5min.at confirmed.
