Cabaret evenings in pucking: a complete success for a good cause

In Pucking, three cabaret evenings took place from October 17th to 19th, which were organized by the St. Leonhard pipe club. With over 1,100 visitors, the events were well attended and offered a varied program that included vocal numbers, sketches and parodies. The President Ernst Schamberger and treasurer Gerald Mairanderl led through the evenings and ensured a successful implementation of this traditional event.

The cabaret performance takes place every five years, and this was already the sixth edition. Each of the evenings was a great success, not only with regard to the number of visitors, but also financially. The entire flow of the event is donated, which is also an important tradition of the pipe club.

donations for various clubs

Part of the proceeds flows to local youth clubs, including the Pucking Hasenufer volunteer fire brigade, the Musikverein Pucking-St. Leonhard and the sports club Union Pucking. These associations will benefit this associations. In addition, the association “Der Bus” in Marchtrenk is supported with 3,000 euros, while the club in Linz is also given 3,000 euros. This shows the commitment of the pipe club for the community and the support of important social projects.

The members of the St. Leonhard pipe club are already looking forward to the next event, which is to take place in October 2029. This long -awaited tradition will continue to bring the community together and make an important contribution to local initiatives. It remains exciting to see which talents and pieces will be presented next time.
