In the municipality of Schlüßlberg, an exciting youth workshop recently took place, in which the opinions and ideas of the youth were presented. This event was based on a comprehensive survey, which was carried out in cooperation with the Spes Future Academy. The aim was to find out what the young people aged 12 to 18 years old. With 53 respondents, which is about 30 percent of the target group, a good picture of the interests and wishes of the youth was obtained.
The results of the survey were consistently positive, since around 75 percent of the participants provided information to perceive the existing leisure offer especially for young people in Schlüßlberg as good to very good. Nevertheless, suggestions for improvement were also considered. A frequently mentioned concern was to upgrade the funcours, a meeting point for sporting activities. It was also important to young people that the bike connections, especially towards Grieskirchen, were improved.
