Open Space PV: enerģijas pārejas atslēga Austrijā

Pēc Fehnera teiktā, Austrijas ambiciozos klimata mērķus var sasniegt tikai līdz 2030. gadam, ievērojami palielinot fotoelektrisko enerģiju līdz 21 Terawatt stundām.
Realitāte parāda, ka esošais jumtu un citu infrastruktūru potenciāls nav pietiekams, lai sasniegtu šos ambiciozos mērķus. Fehners norāda, ka Austrija saskaras ar lielu izaicinājumu. Jaunu teritoriju izveidošana fotoelektriskajām sistēmām ir būtiska, lai samazinātu atkarību no fosilā kurināmā un sasniegtu mērķus attiecībā uz klimata aizsardzību.
Enerģijas pārejas steidzamība
Pētījums nonāk skaidrā secinājumā: obligāta ir visaptveroša stratēģija atvērto vietu izmantošanai. Tas nozīmē ne tikai pasākumu veikšanu vietējā un reģionālā līmenī, bet arī federālās valdības finansējumu. Fotoelektrisko sistēmu pievienošana ir krasi jāpalielina, lai faktiski realizētu noteiktos klimata mērķus.
