Christmas Hofroas in Hartkirchen: art, culinary and tradition
In Hartkirchen it will be festive on the first weekend in December! The two courtyards, the Christmas tree yard Rathmayr in Wolfsfurth and the Burgschadenschaftenhof in Rienberg, invite you to their traditional Advent event. Visitors can look forward to a varied program that not only offers handicrafts, but also delicious regional specialties. The event begins on Saturday, December 7th, at 12 noon and goes until Sunday, December 8th, whereby the gates will be opened at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
A highlight this year is the presence of the Hartkirchner hunting company on Saturday. After its traditional hunting, the route is placed and hunting is completed. Accompanied by the Schaunburger hunting horn players, visitors can enjoy regional game, including a hearty game stew and hunter tea, which ensures cosiness. To make the visit between the two courtyards easier, a free stroll is provided.
Christmas mood and attractions
Special attention is paid to the offers of the two courtyards: While the Christmas tree yard Rathmayr offers fresh Christmas trees from their own harvest, guests can discover homemade meat specialties at the Burgschattenhof. This combination not only promises festive anticipation, but also delicious delicacies for the upcoming holidays.
On Sunday, the event will be rounded off with a very special appearance. At 4 p.m., the Frahamer Krampus round creates a mood and brings the customs of Christmas to life. Traditional performances and the festive atmosphere make the courtyards an unforgettable experience for young and old.
The event not only offers an opportunity to shop for handmade gifts, but also a wonderful way to get to know the region and its products. Visitors are cordially invited to experience the Christmas atmosphere and to be inspired by the variety of regional delicacies. More details on this event can be found at www.tips.at
