Economic school lights: winners from Horn in the spotlight
In the heart of the Waldviertel, more precisely in the Horn district, an impressive gala event recently took place, which celebrated the uniqueness and innovative strength of the regional economy. The Social Democratic Wirtschaftsverband (SWV) Lower Austria, in cooperation with the Association of Social Democratic Community representatives (Lower Austrian GVV), honored a large number of entrepreneurs in the world of experience in Gaul for their outstanding achievements.
A total of 15 prizes were awarded that covered different categories, including young entrepreneurs, one -person entrepreneurs and innovative and sustainable companies. Particular attention was paid to life works, which have achieved great success for years.excellent performance recognized
The award ceremony was accompanied by important personalities of the country, including the SPÖ state councilor Ulrike Königsberger-Ludwig and SWV Lower Austria President Thomas Schaden. One of the most outstanding award winners was Stark GmbH from Irnfritz, which was awarded the circular economy in the disposal area for its innovative approach. The master tailor and business owner Elisabeth Maurer from Horn was also honored for her continuous success in the entrepreneurship.
The third prize in the innovative company category went to Jürgen Rochla and Remo Werbemittlungsgesgesmbh, which has developed into an important advertising technology center since its foundation in 2001. The special award for life works was awarded this year to Bruno and Monika Toifl, who have built up a remarkable gastronomy and hotel love for over 20 years.

In his opening speech, Thomas emphasized Schaden how crucial smaller companies are for the regional economy. "For us, MOVE ON means that as a self -employed person you are always on the move, constantly develops," said Schaden.
