On Saturday evening, a fire in a garden hut in Daimlengasse in Wiener Neustadt gave attention and ensured a hectic use of the fire brigade. The smoking flames threatened to attack an adjacent multi -party house, which led to immediate evacuation measures. Several residents had to be brought to safety from heavily smoky apartments.

The emergency services had to proceed with caution, as several "crumbs" occurred during extinguishing. This was an additional risk and required increased vigilance. As part of the fight against the flames, which took about two hours, a total of 26 firefighters from the Wiener Neustadt were deployed.
