The accusations against the father are particularly serious: he is said to have misused his daughter from the age of five in an unimaginable way. The couple's second daughter was also abused, albeit to a lesser extent. Finally, she found the courage to entrust herself to a social worker, which contributed decisively to uncovering the case. The accused were confessed in the course of the process, whereby the defense recognized the severity of the offenses, but nevertheless pointed out the right of the accused on a fair procedure. In the end result, the initial defendant was sentenced to 13 years in prison, while his former woman received four years in prison. In addition, the man was obliged to pay compensation of 20,000 euros to the oldest daughter and 8,000 euros to the youngest daughter.

The judge aptly summarized the Situation at the end of the procedure: "In our opinion, they have destroyed a life."
