Credo culture magazine: Review of a formative festival in St. Pölten
As part of the Tangente festival in St. Pölten, the two editors Clemens Stachel and Muhamed Beganović presented a remarkable book entitled "A look back". A selection of formative events from a five -month festival period is documented on 116 pages. At the presentation, numerous participants gathered to look back on the diversity and the artistic highlights that the festival produced, such as the Tipping Time, Stadtland River and other community initiatives. According to the sting, however, the book does not claim to be completed, but focuses on the highlights, which was particularly important, such as Noen.at reported.
During the festival, the tangent also offers a platform for journalistic work. Under the editorial direction of Beganović and Stachel, interested participants learn how to actively participate in reporting. The loan project, which consists of eight editors: inside, conveys basic journalistic skills to the participants in five introductory modules. The loan editorial team is a central voice within the festival, which reports critically and multi-perspective on the events. The application deadline for interested parties ends on December 22, 2023. You are invited to introduce yourself in a short self -portrait and to submit a text sample. This is highlighted in the broadcast of tangente-stpoelten.at
The successful connection of art and journalism as part of the tangent is considered essential. The loan editorial team is looking forward to readers: internal letters and a lively discussion about the various aspects of the festival. This shows how active the community is and how important participation for the festival is. Such initiatives not only promote exchange, but also strengthen the cultural landscape in St. Pölten.
