Sensational cone finals: SKK Raindorf is scarce Neunkirchen

The SKK Raindorf competed in the European Cup in Maribor, Slovenia, with high expectations. Jürgen Pointinger secured the decisive victory with 646 cones, so Raindorf secured the qualification for the final with a total of 3769 bowling. The dominance was clearly in the semi -finals against KK Zadar, where Raindorf triumphed 8: 0 and 3853: 3477 bowling.

In the final, however, the pressure was high. Raindorf went into the race as a favorite, but the performance left a lot to be desired. Milan Svoboda lost to Markus Vsecka, and Taras Elsinger and Mathias Weber could not win their duels for themselves, which led to a sobering 0: 3 after the first round. The deficit was already considerable.

In the second round, Jürgen Pointinger achieved a victory against Michael Gollubits and Manuel Lallinger secured the day's victory, but the previous defeats had already cost too much. Michael Kotal played a tie, so that the end result was ultimately 3681: 3724 cone in favor of Neunkirchen. Raindorf left the final round with a 2.5: 5.5 defeat and quite disappointed.

While the hope of the title in the European Cup is gone, the team will now prepare for the upcoming challenges in the Champions League, where there may be another encounter with Neunkirchen. However, the Raindorf team has hope of learning from this setback and returning more.
