Community shows strength: 1,500 euros for flood aid in Lower Austria

The residents of this house made their contribution to flood aid in Lower Austria and collected an impressive 1,500 euros. How could that be possible? By preparing and selling homemade cakes, homemade jams and a tasty pumpkin soup that made the visitors great appetite.

Christina Stock, one of the committed helpers, described how much joy the action gave: "It was a lot of fun for all of us and it feels good to be able to help others in this way."
