Behind the successful organization of the fair there were numerous players. The Krems Economic Advisory Board and the Chamber of Commerce Lower Austria (WK Lower Austria) were significantly involved in the acquisition of the issuing companies. The polytechnic school took over the professional coordination of the school classes and also ensured an attractive competition. The special school took care of the distribution of the stands and the food of the guests. The AMS Krems, which served as a central contact point for job mediation, also played an important role.

In addition, the event was supported by the sponsorship of the Volksbank Krems, which created the framework for a successful event.

Mayor as a guest of honor

A special highlight of the fair was the visit to the mayor Peter Molnar. He took the opportunity to find out about the offers during a tour and to exchange ideas in conversation with the exhibitors and young people. "I am proud of the many possibilities in our region and it is important to me that the city takes over a role model in the apprenticeship training," emphasized Molnar emphasized the city's commitment in training funding.

The support and commitment of the students were other positive aspects of the fair. Above all, the young people of the polytechnic school and the special school helped the exhibitors to build up the stands and to reduce it later. Two students in the special school in particular showed outstanding efforts, which not only brought them respect, but also led to an acceptance for an internship and the possibility of an apprenticeship offer. These positive examples underline the effectiveness of the event, as the head of the AMS, Erwin Kirschenhofer, found.

The atmosphere was characterized by optimism and mediation. The interest in training positions and professional perspectives has been unbroken, and the fair has again proven that it is an important platform for exchange and information.
