Over 7,000 euros for good purposes: Circus Pikard inspires Korneuburg

In an impressive benefit event, which was launched by Mayor Christian Gepp and the director of Circus Pikard, Alexander Schnell, a sum of over 7,000 euros for the Oberrohrbach disabled help could be collected. After completing all accounts, it is now clear that exactly 7,196 euros can be handed over to future -oriented projects.

The gala took place in the middle of the festive ambient of the Circus Pikard and attracted numerous supporters. Particularly noteworthy is the valuable support from the Rotary Club Korneuburg as well as local shops and restaurants such as the Pizzeria Spessore, the town hall restaurant and the Reiter bakery. The Ott winery also contributed to the successful evening with a generous donation of almost 100 bottles of the finest wine.

Where do the donations flow?

The donations collected are intended for the “Colorful Bean” project in Korneuburg. The aim of this project is to expand the day center for people with impairments, which promises a significant improvement in living conditions for many affected people.

Mayor Gepp expressed a big thank you to everyone involved: "A warm thank you to Alexander Schnell and his artists and the many supporters! It was a great evening, enriched by delicious specialties from the region." This success encourages the organizers in their project to plan further benefit events. For example, a benefit football tournament for January in the Guggenbergerhalle is already in prospect, which will certainly make many hearts beat faster.
