Association for tourism and business looks optimistically into the future of Gars

In Gars am Kamp, the general assembly of the Association for Tourism and Economy, in which over 50 members were present. Chairman Alexander Kiennast welcomed the participants in the Gasthaus Höchtl and looked back satisfied for the success of the past year. Especially the focus was on events such as the Christkindlmarkt 2023, the Kirtag and the presentation of the "Gars wine". Kiennast emphasized that these activities not only strengthen the community, but also promote tourism in the region.

The General Assembly did not have any changes to the board, which is considered a positive sign of the continuity and stability of the association. Kiennast thanked his colleagues on the board, including Günter Jungwirth, Lukas Rehrl and Mayor Martin Falk, for their commitment and the good cooperation. This constant tour reflects the trust of the members.

"And that - and more - will also exist next year," promised Kiennast. This optimism refers to planned further developments and additional offers that should not only take into account tourism, but also the local economic interests. The suggestion to strengthen the long -standing economic vein of the region in addition to tourism was brought in by the members during the last meeting.
