Exchange bazaar in Ardagger: a festival for small explorers and families
In the living community of Ardagger, in the Amstetten district, the popular exchange bazaar took place in the local middle school on Saturday, October 5. This event organized by the healthy community once again demonstrated that the concept of swapping and reusing is well received by young and old. Many families and children flocked to discover the various offers and maybe make one or two bargains.
Behind the organization were Nicole Wurz and her committed team, who also created a great atmosphere this year. The bazaar offered a wide range of second-hand products, which takes into account the current trend towards sustainability and consciousness formation. A popular attraction was the cozy coffee corner, which was equipped with delicious pastries by Sabine Pils and Katrin Bühringer. Here you could enjoy the sociable atmosphere with a cup of coffee and talk.
The offer: from vintage fashion to toys
The visitors were able to look forward to a diverse range. Among other things, homemade knitting, vintage clothing and a variety of toys were offered. The products of Lisa and Marie Katzengruber from Waldhausen were particularly valued. They reported: "We are there for the third time this year, and we notice that toys in general are doing best!" This can be understood, considering the great demand for well -preserved and lovingly selected toys.
Marie, one of the people responsible, said that she would never give her beloved doll shoes because they have too much personal value for her. The Maischberger family, who guarded valuable pieces from their family ownership, was similar. "Toys in the attic, which is sometimes 30 years old, simply stays in the family," says the Maischbergers, naming the emotional bond with their own childhood memories.
others like Manuela Hahn have a more pragmatic view: "I would give almost everything, except for my Sophie, I would never give it up!" These different approaches to exchange and pass on illustrate the diverse relationships that people have with their owners.
The event also attracted many curious people. Daniela and Timo Holzer, who come up close, admitted: "We thought, we'll have a look. There is usually something and we also brought something for sale myself!" This shows that some people are not only looking for new treasures, but also like to offer their own objects.
Among the many helpers on this day were Michaela Göbl with Florian and Johanna, who despite their help could not be prevented from browsing themselves and finding possible treasures. Such opportunities not only bring fresh wind to the community, but also promote the exchange and well -being in the community.
Overall, the exchange bazaar is a successful event, which also takes place twice a year. In the coming spring, visitors can look forward to a happy cooperation and a tempting offer. The event is not only a place of exchange, but also gives many the opportunity to network and have fun with each other.
