The birth stories of Jesus, as they are recorded in the Lukas and Matthew's Gospel, are in the foreground.

an insight into the biblical world

The exhibition would like to address people and arouse them memories that they combine with the Christmas story. "You encounter people who, like people loved, hoped, suffered," explains the artist. These figures and scenes are not only artistically created, but also invite you to think about your own hope and faith.

Pastor Peter Bösendorfer emphasizes that the event represents more than a mere Christmas crib. He describes it as an “atmospheric and sustainable access to the Christmas story.” This form of the exhibition should convey a feeling of cosiness and thoughtfulness, especially in Advent and in the Christmas season. "Many thanks to Martha Leonhartsberger, who gives us these insights into the birth time of Jesus so impressively," he adds.

Despite all the challenges that exist in the world, the exhibition offers an opportunity for visitors, hope and confidence to experience. "It is about feeling that God wants to become human in this world and want to give their peace," emphasizes Bösendorfer. The event is not only suitable for a tour, but also as a room for personal reflection and contemplation during the festive season.
