A crucial step for remuneration in the education sector: The unions GPA and VIDA have successfully negotiated a new minimum wage tariff for employees in private kindergartens. As of now, kindergarten teachers can look forward to a minimum salary of 3,063 euros in the first year, while assistant forces will receive 2,137 euros, as vienna.at reported.
