Melk celebrates the restart: a festival for the future and sustainable hope!
Auf der Schön 2, 3390 Melk, Österreich - around 330 guests and about 100 employees: Inside celebrated a festival for the future in Melk. The event was organized by the Gugler* printing company and the tax advisory and business loyalty law firm Grüner from Neulengbach, which has had a second location in the printing house building for a year. The festival was previously a provisional operations center for flood forces, which underlined the special character of the event. Entertainer and musical star Alexander Goebel provided musical entertainment and sang Austria-Pop songs.
The goal of the festival was to set a sign of confidence and departure and thanks to customers and employees: to express. Daniel Fürstberger, Managing Director of Gugler*, and Gudrun Fercher-Grüner, Managing Director of the Greens law firm, spoke about the restart of both companies. Vice Mayor Wolfgang Kaufmann emphasized the importance of the 80 jobs of the print shop in the region, especially in the context of the challenges by the flood disaster.
flood aid and support for affected companies
The flood disaster had far -reaching consequences for many companies, including the printing industry. The Federal Association of Druck and Media had called for donations for affected companies and launched an action called "Flood Aid Printing Industry". This campaign collects donations for member companies and employees to provide direct and unbureaucratic support, especially in affected regions such as Saxony, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt and Bavaria.
In the meantime, the water levels are falling, but the damage becomes visible. In view of the damage to infrastructure, storage materials and machines, production failures threaten that endanger the economic existence of many companies. The chambers of business offer support, which can be up to 10% of the damage, but a maximum of 20,000 euros. In addition, further measures are available, such as interest-free loans through the ERP fund for replacement investments.
The support of the Gugler printing company* during the flood disaster was remarkable. The company granted resources and donations to help those affected quickly and effectively. This commitment was recently awarded the “Wirtschaft helps” award, which is awarded for sustainable initiatives and local aid projects.
unique partnerships and future outlook
The partnership between the Gugler* printing company and the Green Tax Consulting Office represents a unique constellation in Austria. This cooperation not only offers economic advantages, but also shows that in critical times, unconventional solutions can survive. Gudrun Fercher-Grüner sees the location in Melk as a dynamic region for the expansion of your law firm.
Both companies emphasize the handling quality and their belief in a positive future. Such initiatives and cooperation are particularly important at a time when many companies are confronted with challenges and have to search for new solutions for their existence.
The festival that was now postponed after one year took place "on the Schön 2" in Melk and represents an example of a successful new beginning in the middle of difficult circumstances. It is to be hoped that support for the affected companies will continue and that they can quickly recover.
Further information on support for companies affected by the flood are on the websites of the Federal Association of Druck and Media and the Economic chambers available.
