Katar - Julen Lopetegui was presented as the new team boss of the Catar national football team. The 58-year-old Spaniard, who has also looked after the Spanish national team in the past, signed a two-year contract by 2027. He succeeds Luis García, who has been interacting since December 2022, and will make his debut in the World Cup qualification game against Iran on June 5, followed by an away game in Uzbekistan on June 10.
