Althofen is investing 3.2 million euros in a modern workshop
The roof-like celebration of the new warehouse workshop in Althofen took place on Thursday. Managing Director Markus Furtenbacher proudly announced an investment of 3.2 million euros, which serves to create a modern and powerful location. "The top-modern equipment includes a brake test bench, a hydraulic base for forest machines, its own locksmith and a truck workshop that meets all requirements," explained Furtenbacher.
The decision for this new building was taken when the opportunity for spatial expansion was presented. According to Hubert Schenk, spokesman for the management, this happened after a thorough market analysis and the demolition of an old building. "We have redesigned the area of 1,300 square meters, including a well -stocked spare parts warehouse and a large exhibition for agricultural machinery and motoristics with 700 square meters," he added. In addition, the customer is offered a mobile workshop that provides high-tech services directly at the courtyard or field.
extension of the team
The team of the workshop has already increased from seven to 13 employees. The fact that five apprentices have been integrated into the team, which indicates a conscious promotion of the offspring, is particularly gratifying. The new employees will support the diverse service offers of the workshop and ensure that customers are well looked after.
This investment and the new construction of the warehouse workshop in Althofen are part of a comprehensive strategy that aims to make the location future-proof. Modern technology and the extended capacity are crucial to meet the requirements of customers and to increase competitiveness in the region. At a time when technical progress and sustainable solutions are becoming increasingly important, this initiative shows that the Althofen warehouse is willing to face the challenges of the future.
