Unknown perpetrator leaves the electrical trade with thousands of euros loss

At the beginning of October, an electrical company from Carinthia experienced a shocking incident. A man ordered several high-priced electrical devices, including a smart TV, a Blu-ray player and headphones, and had them delivered to his temporary work address in the St. Veit/Glan district. The purchase was agreed with a delivery including installation of the devices, which made the transaction particularly complex.

The situation quickly escalated when the suspect suddenly moved out of the apartment on October 13 after taking the entire electronic equipment with him. Since that day he has no longer been available for the electrical company and his employer at the time. This led to a significant open bill for the company, which now suffers a financial loss of several thousand euros.

looking for the perpetrator

Went for weeks without the suspicious man being found. The electrical company was forced to file a complaint and is now waiting for the results of investigations. For the company, this incident is a serious setback, since it was not only dependent on the planned payment, but must now also have an unexpected loss.

This problem throws a light on the safety aspects in online and inpatient trade, where such unscrupulous actions can shake customers' trust. In the current situation, it remains to be seen whether the investigation leads to positive results and whether the man will finally be held accountable.
