Christmas tradition: Spittal municipal councils adorn Christmas trees

The annual decorations of the Christmas trees in front of the town hall in Spittal has developed into a beautiful tradition, which is estimated by many in the community. This festive activity not only attracts the municipal councils, but also numerous volunteers who invest their time and energy to beautify the trees.

This year, twelve mandatars were on site with other committed helpers to transform the town hall forecourt into a Christmas wonderland. This joint effort should give the city's best -known building a personal and festive atmosphere.

The initiator of the event, municipal councilor Evelyn Köfer, underlined the importance of this campaign. She said that decorations not only raise the festive mood, but also promotes cohesion among the municipal council members, regardless of political differences. Mayor Gerhard Köfer was also present and took the opportunity to express his thanks to everyone involved. With biscuits and a small drink, he thanked the helpers and the mandate, which makes this traditional event so special.
