In a stirring final plea, it was found that the accusations against the accused were not an invention, but corresponded to the typical pattern of sex offenders, which are gradually being tested to test how far they can go. The defendant was finally spoken guilty and has to pay an additional 38,040 euros in pain and suffering. Defender Oliver Lorber had proposed to critically question the evidence and emphasized the innocence's innocence until the filing of the lawsuit, but this was on deaf ears.
