This was supported by a committed team of trainees and their trainers who were willing to share their personal experiences and insights into everyday training. The format of a speed dating, in which the participants were able to contact various teaching companies, was particularly well received. Some entrepreneurs even offered apprenticeships, which underlines the practical benefits of the event.
